How can I get funds quicker than a bank for the Mortgage? +

We fund the Mortgage within 48 hours of the signing of the mortgage document with Third Party provider.

Do I need to get a lawyer to fund the Mortgage? +

We do not require you to get a lawyer to fund the Mortgage.

Why and when do you require an appraisal? +

We will require the appraisal in instances where we need more insight into a property's value during underwriting. When necessary, we order and pay for the appraisal ourselves, during the review process.

How many options do I have to pay my Mortgage? +

In order to keep things simple, we only offer only a Twice-Monthly Payment Option.
